If you generate a photo print order at least once every 120 days, you do not need to purchase photo storage, it is free. If you choose not to either purchase annual photo storage or generate a print order at least once every 120 days, your photos will be removed from the site.

An email will be sent to remind you that you are over your storage limit or that your yearly storage term is up for renewal. You have 7 days to act upon this before the photos are removed. In the event that your photos are removed, your account will remain active.

Claiming rebates.
From time to time we may award you with a printing rebate. When this happens you can use your rebate towards your next order or towards as many orders as you choose up to the value of the rebate, within the 30-day time limit. Rebates can be used to order prints. The rebate is against the total value of the order, including delivery charges and GST and is not refundable for cash.

Viewing your rebate history.
You can view the history of the rebates you have received and track which orders the rebates have been used against in your Rebate History. To view your Rebate History, click on the 'Order History' icon on the top right of the page. Once within this section, click on the 'Rebates' tab.
